I'm going to answer your question with a question:

Do you mean stone masonry or free-masonry?

Is there a difference? If so, how much? And what are they?

Free-masonry is a group like Shriners but much older many of our countries founders were free masons but it dates back much further.

The longest, longer than all of these answers, and longer than the universe will allow you to know.

It would depend on your definition of masonry. the stone temples of Gobekli Tepe date back to about 11,000 years ago being the oldest discovered structure ever built by man.

Interesting, is eleven thousand years approximately the same time that the Antediluvian age ended?

Religiously speaking it would be at the beginning of the antediluvian period Gobekli Tepe is thought by many to be the central point of the garden of Eden because of its age and location. The discovery is actually quite amazing.
