How to fix Windows 7 100% disk usage error ?
When I start or shut down my operating system , it takes ages to do the same operation . Even being idle , the system would read data at rate of 9MBps . It makes my system slow . What can I do to fix this error ?
A new hard drive might be needed, if its not too much get a SSD, that will improve your system speeds considerably
