Does anyone have problems writing or publishing hubs with Google Chrome or Firefox?
Does someone know how to update or fix it? Please share. Thanks!
Google Chrome works fine for me. What is the exact problem you are having? Have you tried using internet explorer?
Actually, I am asking for a friend. I don't know the answer to help her. She uses IE, but does not like it as well as Chrome or Firefox. I use Chrome and it works fine for me. Just need to know a fix for those who are having this problem. :-)
I am the one having trouble using Google Chrome to create a hub. Basically, I get as far as coming up with the title and then Chrome won't let me move on. The buttons won't respond. Sometimes I can't submit a comment on a hub, either.
I use Firefox and have not had any problems lately. Any slow downs or not being able to get in to HP have been HP issues.
I've always only used Firefox, and I've never had any problems with it (including within the last week or so).
Just make sure you have the most updated version of Firefox. If you're not sure you can go their site and look. (Mozilla.org - main site with the download).
Here's more Q/A type stuff on updating Firefox:
