That's absolutely ridiculous - a grown man, and a marine addicted to farmville....you really need to grow up.....and play castle age instead *grin*

very funny, simey, have you played before?? wink

the other night I asked my young adult son to help me revive my dying farm and once we got new seed planted, fruit harvested from trees, he decided he liked it enough to start his own farm. now he's addicted and wakes up early to harvest and plant before he goes to work. and my farm is making money, finally. big_smile

My boyfriend has the same problem. Sometimes I feel like I have to offer him experience points just to take out the trash!

if I see one more update about someone finding a new lamb or having a bumper crop of cuddle corn or whatever, I'm going to whine about it on the internet.

I feel bad for my facebook friends who are not playing Farmville. I try to not publish everything that pops up smile

Ok. I do not play farmville. My addiction is Hubpages; however all my in-laws do. Am I being unkind by saying that all those darn farmville posts are clogging up my facebook account? I have to scroll through all their farmer john accomplishments (literally hundreds) just to find my other friend's posts. I don't want to un-friend them, but the clutter is overwhelming.

Green Lotus, simply click on your name at the top of your FB page and you'll only see the posts that are sent to you and not all of them.

I'm addicted to making those silly games!

Thank you Sandy! That certainly did the trick, but it looked kinda lonely all of sudden. Curiosity eventually got the best of me and I checked out my home anyway smile

You can also mouse over the item and click on hide, that will hide everything from Farmville. It works for other applications too.

You are blessed with the real thing.

Sorry to be a spoilsport but I made a deliberate decision to focus on my real garden and not play farmville.  Figured getting into sun and fresh air much better than virtual game since I have a real backyard garden to cultivate.

Love Facebook Scrabble though.  And yea, spend too much time in religion forum.

I quit playing it lol  I never remembered to harvest my crops and they'd die.  I bought fence, but my animals escaped...it was a true farming disaster.

Farmville is so soothing for me...I play every morning-having planted rice every night-while I drink my coffee.  Then on to HubPages.
Sorry your neighbors are such a pain, UW, I have managed to keep them to a manageable number!

I'm not addicted to Farmville or Farmtown, but my mom and sister are, lol.

I play Cafe World, but now I'm not as addicted to it. I was until I realized that I could only have so many people come in my restaurant at one time, and then it kind of ruined it for me, lol.
