I don't think it has helped me much yet. I get a few hits from Pinterest. My traffic is still pretty slow though, overall. I guess I need to just keep writing!
Definitely - It really does help to bring traffic to my craft tutorials.
I can help but you need
1) To build up followers
2) Create an interesting picture that everyone wants to Pin
3) Create something that makes people want to click
