Usually you have a certain period of time to log into your account again after disabling it in order to reactivate it.
If that period of time has passed, most likely the account no longer exists. Sign in using your old info, if it doesnt work, the account is gone.
I've logged into an account I deleted a year ago, and it opens right up. Once your info is in their system, it's hard to delete it completely. If you can't access your account by simply logging in, then Facebook has disabled it for some reason. There's no recovering from that.
