Go to Windows Explorer, find the file, highlight it, and delete it. Don't forget to empty your Recycle Bin.
Click on the windows button ---> Then goes to type run in the search ,
Dial box will be opened, Here you will type this simple code
Then press enter, it will shows all unnecessary files on your system.
Using ctrl+A to select and files and press shift + Delete , to remove all the files.
I hope this works to remove all the unnecessary files on your system.
