Devices in public places sound should be muted or use ear plugs, why don't people do this?
An older man at the fitness club sat the lobby area and watch a movie on his device without ear plugs. I asked him to use ear plugs or go somewhere else because it was loud and distracting. He refused. Where are manners these days?
This is one of my pet peeves. I always bring my earbuds around with me because I don't think other people need to be subjected to whatever I'm listening to. I don't understand why so many people can't extend the same courtesy.
