Trump is floating the idea of adding solar panels to the wall to create energy and help subsidize the construction costs...killing two birds with one stone...
Sounds like an interesting idea. If workable, a great one.
And the reaction from angry people on the other side? How long would those panels last? They are, after all, pointed directly at people who have every reason to hate them and anyone connected with them.
