You need to check your profile to get a short link like your name at the end of FB's link /kirstenblog
Then you can link your profile easily.
Better to check FB help or contact their support person.

I will give you the steps:

      1. Open your facebook by typing: w w w . f a c e b o o k . c o m
      2. Click on the link in the top right hand corner that says "profile"
      3 Copy the address in the address bar (Should be something like: h t t p : / / w w w . f a c e b o o k . c o m / # ! / p r o f i l e . p h p ? i d = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 )
      4. That is the link.

If you want to embed the link type without the *, I just put that in to avoid embedding the link in this comment: <*a h*r*e*f="http://your profile that you copied.com">Your Name<*/*a>, don't get this wrong, <a href="

That is it. And your twitter link is just twitter.com/"your profile name"
Your profile name is the word next to your profile picture and above the words (x-amount tweets) when you are logged into your account.

      Hope this helps
