i like to make money from hubpage, but i am new here, i want to know the steps and advice from you people to start over. .
You'll have to have more hubpages written and a decent web presence, before they'll ever accept you, because Google want Good Sites that will host their ads on and you have to prove this.
Try writing some more hubpages and try again! or use a blog or website you've had for awhile if you have one....
1) Have more than one hub.
2) Make sure it has more than 104 words.
You need to register with Adsense, when when they send you and email you have to put your id into the affiliate for the Adsense. I don't think there is a quick fix with anything when concerned with Google.
Google is not approving adsense quickly in certain geographic regions. Due to spammy activity from certain countries they have taken such decision.

So, the HubPages Ad Program is based on having Google AdSense? Well, I'm one of the thousands who lost their AdSense account without much explanation, so now I can no longer make any money on HubPages?
