Considering switching. I have an associate who loves Windows Live - any advise?
As far as I know, Windows Live is another name for Hotmail. I dislike Hotmail. Gmail is much better, and faster. For email client, I've been using Thunderbird, which allows you to set up multiple email profiles. So you can access your many email accounts from one place.
The downside is that you can only send and receive your emails. You don't have access to chatting or other special features of Gmail, for instance. It's just as secure as the website though.
GMail is fuss free, yet pretty fancy. I like it.
Never liked Outlook, didnt use it.
