When I updated one of my sites to the latest version and went to make a post, I noticed the custom fields box was gone. I use that for the Amazon plug-in I use.
After some searching I found out something I never knew before. If your on the page to make a new post, click on that "screen options" tab in the upper right corner of the page.
A drop down menu will appear. It has boxes you can check or uncheck to show or not show different things in your editor page.
In the new version the custom fields box was not checked so it did not show. I checked a bunch of stuff I hate seeing. So now you know about that!
That works on different pages too, each with different options. So you can only see those editor options when your in the new post page, not the other pages.
Just in case you wanted to know.
