Niagara Falls. Very nice view especially from the Canadian side.

depends on what you like... if it is cities then Vancouver takes some beating. Stunning vistas and above all clean!
More rural and nature? in that case the Sunshine Coast and Gibsons (of course!), the Boundary Region of the Kootenays and Christina Lake, the Thompson River Valley, the Kamloops area for an arid landscape and Joffre Lakes and glacier on the Whistler to Lilloett road for some stunning landscapes and views. All in BC of course!

Vancouver, and British Columbia in general is one of the best places to visit in Canada. Hard to beat this location.  Vancouver is a world class city and destination, especially when it comes to the outdoors.  You can ski in the morning, boat in the afternoon, take a ferry to the island(s) or jog around the sea wall at Stanley Park all in the same day.  There are numerous excellent hotels and restaurants and they cater to every palate.  The people are friendly and helpful and usually will certainly let you know that they love where they live.  In the province of British Columbia there is a vista of beauty almost everywhere you look.  There is ethnic diversity that allows the visitor to have experiences from every country in the world, and yes, feel at home.

The wilds of northwestern Ontario around Lake of the Woods are beautiful and unspoiled.  Great fishing, houseboating and even golf.  For Skiing, nothing beats British Columbia.  We think the lesser known resorts in Kamloops and Kelowna are more relaxing than Whistler.  Have fun.

Definitely Niagara Falls. Nearby Toronto has some great museums and live theatre, music and opera. Ottawa, the capital of Canada, is a beautiful city with great parks, museums, art galleries, and again, live entertainment.
If you're looking for nature, head up to Algonquin Park or the Muskokas.

For beauty and seclusion, I would say the Queen Charlotte Islands off the coast of BC.
Luckily for Canada, most of this country is gorgeous with so much to offer.
paul_gibsons is right; the Sunshine Coast is amazingly beautiful. British Columbia has so much to offer. I would challenge anyone to show me a place this incredible!

In ALBERTA, there's there's Jasper, Banff, and Glacier National Parks along the Rocky Mountains where there's trails in the mountains to hike and bike, as well as hills like up on Marmot Basin to go downhill skiing on. Lake Louise and the Maligne Lake and the Maligne falls are really great places to visit in JNP. Spirit Island on Maligne Lake is world-famous, a must-see place as well. Then there's the Calgary Stampede held every July in Calgary, with rodeo events, fair grounds, and lots of agricultural tours featuring livestock and farm machinery.  Head-Smashed-In-Buffalo-Jump in Southern Alberta is also a neat place to visit, as well as the Cypress Hills that is found in both here and Saskatchewan.  There's the Royal Tyrell Museum with all its fossils and the Badlands to visit (just west of Drumheller, AB).

There's a whole pile of other places to visit here in Alberta, just visit TravelAlberta.com for more info.
