Do you ever walk on those moving walkways at airports? Do they have one at the airport you use...
the most? (they look like giant 100 yard treadmills intended to speed up your gait to get to your gate).
Yes, sometimes I do walk on those. They were built to be used right?
I only did one time but people were in my way because I still walked so now I just walk since I can get there faster.
I would like to walk on them but usually they're blocked by people who don't really get the idea and think they are there to allow a rest - and don't have enough awareness to stay to one side
Fordie, that's frustrating, lol. I didn't think about something like that happening. What a tease! Looks like all of us here are on the same page.
I do, but only when I'm in a hurry and the walkalator is not blocked by people with big suitcases.
Only if it's clear also not blocked with small kids,elderly or strollers.
As stated by another hubber some folks don't know to stand to one side so traffic can move on the other.
