   Personality, I think that the best city to live in the world is the place where you can live with person you love such as your parents, friends.. When you always feel happiness and funny. It's help you can long-lived.

   Austin, Texas.  Great weather, very beautiful scenery, very accessible, tons of stuff to do, beautiful women, friendly population.

   Best city or place means best for your family, and that includes great schools, affordable homes, low crime rates, plenty of jobs etc and in every sense a healthy home town. I think the cities of Europe remains the top of the list. My vote goes for Bern in Switzerland.

   You have to be happy with you before a place can make you happy. It needs to have what you want. I for instance live in Montana. Most people around the world wouldn't like it but its calm and away from people. I always tell people thinking of moving here that its a terrible place. ha ha The reason its so nice is because there aren't a million people here.
