Hello, First of all plan your travel..  review that all the passport are valid ( childs ) to avoid immigration delays.

Make sure all the flights arrive at the same time or simmilar it is recommended to book in advance your ground transportation to the resort.

The Airport always have flight delays so you should be aware of this. If some of your party is arriving late it is important to every one knows the company name that will meet you at the Cancun Airport and at least one on each flight have the confirmation and contact telephone of the company.  Trust me this is very important and will help your friends or family, it is terrible  to arrive and do not know who is picking you up.

There are toons of ground transportation companies waiting for customers it can be very hard to find the correct one.

Some times nobody nows the name of the ground transportation and loose money for this reazon !!!

If you are staying at a Condo double check in advance the location of the condo, house or villa that will help too...

I hope this will help you on your netx trip...

    Cheers )(

I always make sure everyone knows where we are going, what time we expect to arrive, when and where we will stop for meals before we begin the trip. If traveling with children, I bring age appropriate activities to keep them happy.  We usually bring an audio tape or game-type CD for all to join in on the fun. Important, let everyone know ahead of time  how much it will cost them so they can prepare.

hi, the travel plan for me will include: destination, budget, and land arrangement.
Budget is a critical point, if we share same amount of money, we will expect the same level of service and facilities.
Land arrangement will include the day to day schedule of your trip, from arrival to departure - including 'privacy time' that your travel fellow might need. This will make your trip very effective and enjoyable, and to avoid any extra cost that might be appear caused by lack of organization (such as transport, meals, phone, etc)
    Hope it is useful.
