Can you still travel if your US passport is expiring in 1 month?
The question is not if we can enter to the other country, because we have dual citizenship. The question is "can we come back and re-enter the US with a passport expiring soon?".
I think you can expedite your passport renewal and get it back in time. Get two passport pictures take them to the passport office in many post offices fill out the paperwork and send it in immediately.
Most airlines don't like to let you on a plan with nearly expired passport.
I think that depends on where you are going and how you are getting there and who you get at the border crossing. My understanding is, for most countries (even just going up to Canada), you need to have at least six months left on your passport for it to be accepted. I say, if you are within six months, just go get it renewed so you know you'll be good to go no matter what.

DACA was only supposed to be a temporary solution originated by Obama. Why did anyone living underDACA never take the initiative to apply for US citizenship? They had plenty of time and now they are crying. I would just like to know why they didn't move in that direction.
