I think (and I hope) that it works like a port-a-potty or rent-a-john --- the waste is kept in a compartment under the restroom. When the plane lands (if the compartment is full) , a truck comes and sucks the waste out and takes it to some facility.
As I said, I dont know that for fact, but thats the best guess I have and the only option Im willing to consider. lol Gross question but a good one!
