I am curious to know about people who haven't Googled
once in their lifetime . My work on a Project starts with
Googling on the web about the topic . I remember my first
day on internet ,I needed some pics for my environmental
project on trees .I went to a internet cafe nearby and the
first webpage I saw was Google .As a child I was fascinated
on how Google could get me such beautiful pics , from that
day I am harcore fan of Google .

Want people to share their first experience on Google !!

Google is partly my memory. Don't remember the first time. Must have been when the first started up. Wasn't a whole lot there then.

Google didn't exist when I started on the web. There were 3048 sites on the web, and I thought it was way too much too look at them all.

We used Netscape as a browser. I think Yahoo was around. Alta Vista was used quite a bit. People used to get free emails on excite.com.

Actually, when Google came in, I used it because all the other search engines had a very garish interfaces and Google had a clean interface. However, for the past year, I don't use Google so much because it doesn't bring up what I am looking for.

"We used Netscape as a browser." Netscape a great browser. There used to be people whose project it was to visit every site on the web, in those days. 'Spose it was possible then.
