There are so many options available, but I would like to know what some of you are doing or would like to do to earn extra money?

How true! Too many options for most people to cope with - pick one things and become an expert in it to make money online, whether thats Adsense, PPC, affiliate marketing,MLM,information marketing or building your own business selling real world products to a niche market. Focus is the key to making money.

Right now, I'm developing a blogging network, which will form the basis of a backlinking structure to take a small number of sites into top search positions - generating income from various sources. I'll let you know when they start to pay off!

      Good question by the way!

I am mostly doing consulting. It's a hobby and I enjoy doing it. I don't think I am into it for the money even though it's nice to have the extra spending money. With the economy the way it is, I can't imagine what others are doing for extra cash. I can't hold a real job due to back issues and more but I enjoy my hobbies. smile

You can also become an independent sales rep for different companies.  It usually involves a lot of cold calling, but if you get the right company, it can help bring in some extra income from home.  But make sure you're not paying someone first for the opportunity.  If a company is legit, then they aren't going to charge you to work for them, that's ridiculous.

Here are a couple of independent sales job opportunities that you can do from home.  http://sales-jobs-rep.blogspot.com

So instead, I sell (or try to) the hundreds (and hundreds) of books I have on Amazon or Hallf.com.

To earn that extra cash, I write articles online for people. I also have some offline clients that I work with to help them rank on the first page of Google. Between those two items, I make a decent amount of extra money each month which is helpful.
