My Mileage on HubPages: Three Years and Counting

As if I'm still dreaming of an awesome journey of Rover Curiosity to Planet Mars, and that was August 5, 2012...another historical date among the scientists who are working for NASA (National Aeronautical and Space Administration) of USA.

It's the same with my existence here at HubPages.

It was September 8, 2009 but I'll officially put it on the next day as I published my first-ever hub with lots of title changes.

It was a very thrilling experience, seeing my work published and getting my first reader or fan to comment.

From then on, rain or shine, hot or cold, for better or worse, in sickness or in health, I became 'addicted' with hub writing or its tweaked version called HubBlog.

An invitation to write a more original concept of ideas and already shared knowledge about everything became the starting goal of this hubber.

Little by little, you will know his various interests and advocacy, as you continue browsing this article.

Don't be mislead, what you think about me can be a hundred per cent true.

It will always show on my hubs.

My dream of going to Mars is far from reality.

Here I am on Earth, making a little difference in the circle of life where I am in.

It's hard to be a critic of other hubbers or the other way around.

What you read inside the Forums are awesome or even bashful sharing of opinions regarding general subjects to trivialities that make this online community writing site more exciting.

Should I stay or should I go? This was my dilemma during my first week of marathon writing on this site.

I should not succumb to doubt, I said to myself. After a quite lengthy of random thoughts that sprouted in my mind, I decided to document my travels as a seafarer and write my other interests and likings.

I may not be the best documentor here at HP, but my various ideas caught the attention of the local TV News personalities as they decided to base their show on my hub.

My first ever invitation to be on national television was not realized. I should go to Manila in order to grace the show. Anyways, I've been there already as a former radio personality and have several stints on drama production via local television station.

It's all about Cyber-bullying.

This hub was chosen by ABS-CBN staff (Sharmane Yu) to be part of their segment on CyBer Bullying c/o Ted Failon's weekend TV show-Failon Ngayon. She just called last Saturday (6Nov2010) to interview my niece and my sister in Manila, but they declined.

Because of the news on suicide because of cyber bullying, another invitation from Channel 7 came.

With all the critiquing and accolade? I received more than what I expected.

"I'll rub your back, as you rub mine."

More often than not, this jargon will be true with writers on Hubpages.

Probably not.

Most of the times, we are inspired by other writers who are wholeheartedly contributing on this site.

From the usual How-to hubs up to the personal rants on politics and advocacy on banner themes or subjects being tackled, I've been following other hubbers due to their trust on me and my site on HubPages.

The usual clicks of the mouse from randomly following new and seasoned hubbers paved the way on finding more sincere individuals who really appreciate my plight online.

Just the same, I'm returning the favor of diligently following them, although, it's been a busy year for me since the last quarter of 2009.

HubPages keeps on changing, for a more convenient place to write online.

Hubbers are part of the change and we are obliged to support that positive move.

If there's something we can impart on a positive change of this world, it should start from us.

There's no room for hateful or bashful remarks that can only bring negativity on this online writing site.

I may be hurt physically by other living entities that brought harm on my part, I will reflect on it, then I'll share it here, so that others may learn from that particular blunder in my life.

You'll be familiar with my advocacy as it is reflected on my hubs.

Whenever and wherever I go, I'll always look for signal to activate my net-book online, so that I can share with you what's happening inside my world.

Who knows, I'll be one of the first group that will board M/V HubPages (this is a cruise ship), that will help me appreciate more the camaraderie emanating from here.
