    Help flatlining hubs!

Hello all. I have been on hubpages for a few months and I have 11 hubs. I have used keywords, retooled some articles,  worked on SEO etc and I promote actively on Twitter and Facebook. Recently all of my hubs have flatlined, and are gettting very few, or 0 views a day. Any suggestions to gain some traffic?

    1) Can you try submitting links to reddit, Digg, Redgage, Google Add Url?
    2) I also get some hits from pinterest if I include a photo in my article and pin it.
    3) I also installed the StumbleUpon toolbar extension in my Chrome and "stumble" on my article.

Thanks for the tips! I have started to use Pinterest, but I will have to look into the different sites as well.

Pinterest is so easy to use and manage - I'm bummed I didn't start pinning sooner smile Good luck!

I also would recommend stumble upon, I've received a significant number of views from there. I also put mine on pinterest, facebook, twitter, and reddit.

Have you checked to make sure your hubs are not in idle mode? With the new Idle feature that HP has rolled out, some hubs may experience some drop in traffic. What you may need to do is rework the titles and try editing a little. Allow the search engines to re-index you. Other than that, give your hubs time to age which usually takes between 6 to 9 months before you start seeing real consistent results.

Yep all green for my hubs, which I found surprising with the lack of traffic. I will just have to keep updating content . Thanks for your help!

after looking at a few of your hubs I would say you need to:

    a. Make sure that your hubs have at least 600 words.  I personally try to stay in the 1,000-1,200 word range.

    b. Only have one photo, video, or poll that is full width.  Make the others smaller and to the right side.  The larger photos break up your content a little too much.

    c. Use some Keyword placement and link placement in your headers.  Your #5 Ebay hub looks to be the right lenght and pretty good on layout.  Always try to use as many different types of capsules in each hub as you can (text, video, photo, poll, links, etc)

Thanks jdavis! I will definitely look at some revisions and new capsule content.
