Google+ Share Button - Will we have one soon?

Why isn't there a Google+ share buttons on our hubs as standard?  Do HubPages have plans to add this?

I believe they did have one but then it disappeared and I then noticed a Pinterest button instead.  In my opinion I like the Pinterest button better.

I decided to take down the google +1 button on my website too and replaced it with Pinterest.  I feel Pinterest compliments my Internet Business Better.

There used to be a whole host of sharing buttons, including Google +, but they were removed, I think due to lack of use.

That's a shame - I see use of Google+ increasing at the moment, and I expect it to become even more so once google authorship takes off...

I also believe that Google prioritises websites which promote their products on search engine queries too..

I think Google + is too little too late myself. Really don't see the value in it, but they certainly have the marketing clout to make it into something if they really want to. All my blog posts go there, but I rarely visit my G+ account.

I'd like a StumbleUpon button myself. That's a great site and they are very open to links, ... unlike Reddit.

I should have added, most importantly, even though I post all blog posts to my G+, I get very few hits from them as compared to FB, Twitter, SU, etc.

Hmm, yes, but it stands to reason that google will crawl and prioritise Google+ posts over other social media in search...  I think we'd be mad to ignore that...

Rachel, not quite sure why Google would prioritize the G+ posts. Their mission is to deliver the most relevant, most useful content to SE users. If they start prioritizing for G+ and it affects SE quality they are shooting themselves in the foot.

Casimiro, Have you tried Google Authorship yet?  I'd recommend it..
