I cannot for some reason use and sign up for google ad sense and analytics. A year or so ago, I signed up, but I deactivated my blog before it was approved by adsense. I delete the name and enter my hubpage name, but it still will not allow me to resubmit for ad sense. It will not let me make a new google account and re sign up that way either since I already had the initial account set up. Any suggestions? I'm just stumped?
You have to apply for AdSense for your HubPages account. To do that, you need to write 10 - 20 Hubs before you apply and then follow these directions: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/signup-AdSense
If you do not live in the U.S., different rules might apply.
You should have received an email from Google regarding your application. As WriterFox mentioned, you are likely having your application rejected for "insufficient content".
