After trying to make sense of Google Analytics this morning and then spending all afternoon trying to track down ancient transcripts, I have a major headache and still need to get my hubs pubbed for today and the NovHubChallenge.

The good news is that all the transcripts have been located. Two requests are in and one will be faxed tomorrow. I should have them all in hand by the 15th of the month and can then turn everything into the admin office.

I still need to figure out who to get to write up a letter of recommendation and will still have to get immunizations done but other than that I'm on my way back to school. Oh yeah and then comes the joy of applying for aid to help pay for the school.

    Is it really worth it?

If YOU want to go back to school it is worth it!  If you lived closer I'd give you the book we bought last year for finding scholarships for my daughter.

Go lye down with a cool cloth on your head and let the worries slip away.  Drink a big glass of water too! smile

Learning new things is always worth it. The headaches are often a necessary side effect but they'll pass and you'll feel much better in the end.

Good luck and keep at it smile

Thanks Jane! I know it will be worth it in the end because I will be doing what I set out to do and then derailed myself from with life.

I still have to go pick up my daughter from work this afternoon but until then I think I will just sit back and relax a bit.

    One hurdle down!

haha....i think getting your transcripts in order is a huge accomplishment - good job! take two advil and put a small icepack on your eyes and just rest for 10 minutes whilst sipping a nice cold iced tea or something. yes it's worth it. it is usually the more difficult, complicated or challenging things that are the most fruitful.

good luck, and i hope you feel better.

lynne you go girl!  I highly recommend you get a CD of George Winston's December.  It got me through college.  Sometimes I listened to it every single evening, after class, but before studying.  Well, okay, sometimes I had a fuzzy navel with it every single night too. Now I would just have an extra key lime in my filtered water!

Oh I'm gonna have to check that out.

I went and got my daughter and ate so feeling a bit better. Not near as frustrated either. I'm really nervous about going back to school at my age but oh so freaking excited too.

Thanks you guys. HP is just so freaking awesome for not only what we can do here but the community as well.
