What do you mean by sufficient traffic? Enough traffic to make money?
Generally about 1-2 people out of 100 click on your ads, so work out from there how much traffic you'll need to start making money.
Just keep writing hubs and you'll slowly build traffic.
Making money on HubPages and getting more traffic is simply a game of perseverance and dedication. The more hubs you produce, the more potential traffic you will get. Just keep at it, and you will start to see growth!
When you get enough to achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself and your Hubs.
When the little numbers in your hubpages dashboard become big numbers....and what relache said!
When smoke starts billowing from your computer. Seriously, who knows? I think it's based on your personal goals as well.
