How am I supposed to set up GA for HP? They say post the code in the head part. Also, what should I set in the URL?

If you set it up correctly, data should be available within approximately 24 hours. Analytics can give you a picture of traffic to individual hubs, which is more accurate than the tools built into HubPages.
If you have signed up for Adsense, you can link it to Analytics, which is then available via a link once you have logged into Adsense.
