    Tell me about him/her...

I really enjoyed Uninvited Writers 'positivity' thread, it had nice vibes. So, tell me about the most important person in your life, why they are so important, what is special about them, what you love about them, whatever you want...

For me, it is my fiance Claire. It has taken me a while to fully realise, but I am not the same man when I am not with her. She is my best friend as well as my true love, we want the same things in life, she is the easiest person to share a problem with, and I only ever want the best for her. We want to visit the same places, and create memories together. Strangely, we also share a birthday, and both agree that Las Vegas is our favourite place....

She also carries her end of the log, I have never been the type to want to 'father' a girlfriend lol .... We are engaged, a long engagement, she just makes me happy.

Who is the most important person in your life?

Hi Claire!  Greetings and congratulations to the both of you from Iowa!

To answer your question the top person in my life after a previous night's excursion with a couple helpings of chili is the person that graciously allows me to use the can before them.  They ROCK and I am always eternally in their debt.

Actually, my wife still after eighteen years of marriage. smile

For me, the most important person in my life is my daughter. She'll be 18 in November.  We've held each other through lots of tears (her brother died in 2003) and issues (usual teen stuff and adjusting to an English step-father)and I'm most impressed with her adaptability.  She is incredibly talented. She is poised.  She shows compassion for others. She is truly my best friend.

I have to many people that I can't live without because of heir importance in my life.

My grandpa is my dad meaning my dad has never been there for me therefore papa stepped up to the plate and has always treated me like his own child.

My mama is my rock and has taught me so many things about love life and everything it offers. She is always there for me to give me advice, tell me when I may be wrong about something, Help me figure out new plans when others fall through. She has been my best friend and will remain that way.

My boyfriend Terry- He has taught me what it means to be truly loved by a man. He makes sure he provides for me and that whatever we do makes me happy and that we always have fun. He understands my moods and why I get in them and he puts up with them without telling me I am nagging.
In the year we have been together we have only had one major/minor argument.

My best friend Nikki- She is the ditz in my life to always make me smile when i really need it. She is smart as a whip but plays her ditz card really well to get what she wants.

Without these people in my life I would not be who I am nor would I know what I know about myself like discovering I actually like to write more than poetry though I have slacked on that lately lol.
