    Hello.

I got a notice about one of my hubs, Anime TV Online - Watch Onegai Twins Online here being in a violation.

When I entered hubpages to correct this situation I noticed that all of my hubs had been unpublished. All of them. Without any warning.

Was this a mistake, or intentional? Am I in violation in all the hubs?

I've been a member of Hubpages community for more than 3 years now, and have got praise for several of my hubs. I would like at least some explanation of what happened.

    Best Regards

    Ricardo Silva (anime_nanet)

This was the email I sent several hours ago to team Hubpages. Upon receiveing no response I tried to get an answer here on the forums, but I also got banned (so it seems) on the forums.

I thought we had freedom of speech here. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't doubt soon this thread will get deleted. Anyway I just want to know:

Why, Hubpages, do you treat loyal hubbers this way, without even sending an email explaining the reasons for the ban?

Firstly your hubs are still published. It does look like you have spun old content though on at least one hub  - even if the content is yours you cannot spin it.

      Example:
      http://profiler . hubpages.com/hub/save-flash-file

      http://labnol . blogspot.com/2005/11/save-flash-from-firefox-and-ie.html

You should have received an email from support telling you why your content was unpublished - you can contact support and they generally get back to you within 1 business day - it's a holiday in the US on Monday so I would expect an answer on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Out of curiousity I looked.  Spun content...  Pretty well spun but spun none the less.  All of the hubs I looked at had the same problem.

When i write myarticles i look at several sources and try to come up with original writing.

In the case of the flash file hub it's a tutorial article on a very technical matter so the instructions should be simmilar with what you can find on other sites.

But the writing is my own, always.

It's the weekend and that could be the reason that they didn't reply. You don't have freedom of speech exactly. The forum does have its own set of rules.

Maybe it was a virus... Remember about 2 weeks ago when a bug was flagging so many Hubs as a Violation and HP posted a note to inform us on our pages.

To all the people trying to help this guy...  If you actually take the time to carefully read his post, he's complaining about the account "anime_nanet" being banned, not "profiler."

To Ricardo, you have freedom of speech as long as what you are writing meets the quality standards and follows all of the AdSense TOS and HubPages TOS rules.  When you join HubPages, you agree that YOU will take responsibility to know and understand all the rules, and follow them.  (that's all in the rules you "sign" by joining the site.)  You also agree that if you seriously break the rules, HubPages can take down your content without a warning.  It would seem the moderation team found extremely serious problems with your "anime_nanet" account, so serious the entire thing was declared unredeemable versus being told to edit or fix the content.  Pages that direct people to free download sites are seen as overly-promotional and in violation of the AdSense TOS for violating copyrights.  And spun content is a no-no too. When an entire account has been banned, the HubPages TOS says that's permanent.

The TOS also says that if a user is banned and makes a second account, that new account will also automatically be banned, so by posting here and identifying yourself as a banned user, you may have just doomed your "profiler" account.

This second acount wasn't made today. It's been live a long time ago. I created it to write about other topics of my interest that didn't involve anime.

If they ban this one too Hubpages are free to do it.

If they want to perma ban me, they are also free to do it of course, it's their site.

However i find it odd that having the same contents online (some of them for more than 3 years), and not have altered content for more than 1 year, only now they decide to ban me and without notice.

I would like at least a response from them saying: "You are perma banned, because of this, this and this". I'll wait for the email. I would like to continue to be a member of hubpages, since I managed to share a lot of my passion for anime through this medium.

I can always take my content elsewhere of course, even on a blog of my own. But I would prefer to stay here, since I have lots of great comments from viewers, particulary on my Anime Quotes Hub and Anime History Hub that provided great informational value and will be lost forever as soon as I republish the content in another platform.

If i don't come back let me just say It's been nice this 5 years on Hubpages.

That's not an unusual experience.  As you know, many rules changed last year after Panda, and the moderators are still working through old content - plus they are always improving their automated filters.

HubPages doesn't operate 24 hours 7 days, and you never get an instant response anyway.  Last time I emailed them, it took them over a week to respond.  That's  not satisfactory in an urgent situation like yours, I agree -but they're not going to know your email is urgent until they get to it, so there's not much to do except be patient.

Are your Hubs marked Irrevocable?   Relache is usually right - but I think I've seen situations before, where HubPages have temporarily unpublished a whole account while they examine the Hubs more closely. They only do it when they find several Hubs with problems.

If you post a link to the original unpublished Hub here, we can probably look at it in the cache.

          Thanks Marisa.

They are not marked as Irrevocable. I reviewed closely all of Hubpages TOS and made several changes to some of the hubs to try to comply the best I can. Now I can only wait for Team Hubpages decision.

Anime_nanet, has been banned for good.

    It is confirmed.

I will take my anime content elsewhere.

Hugs and kisses to all that supported me
