   What he means to say is if you are always thinking positive, know who you really are as an indiviual, and take your life path toward your interests and goals to the best of your abilities, and follow your intuition (guy feeling) then you will live a good, positive life.
   
   If you are always thinking negative like things will never get better, or that you don't deserve to be in the world, or doing wrong and not listening to your conscience then you will live a negative lifestyle and it won't last very long compared to positive thinkers.
   
   So no matter what happens always think positive, remember MIND OVER MATTER.
