Do you love your work or your kids?
A very simple question to answer. I know that most people say I love my kids. But do they give their precious time to them or always use say "No baby, not today, well go later." In which category you fall?
both...I love my work because it gives me a break from the kids...I love my kids because it gives me a break from work.
I love my child and I hate work because employers don't understand as a real mom we can't stop being parents just because we have a job because being a mother is a fulltime job. I'm blessed to be able to attend to my sons needs before and after school now but I have been the parents at some point that said later because I had to work two and three jobs to provide for my child but I'm blessed not to have to do that now. For all the moms that are struggling to get by and doing whatever to make ends meet don't worry your child will appreciate it later and trust knowing God always makes a way for those who take care of his precious gifts...his children
the type of love given to kids is unique cannot be compared to a love for the job..maybe just being pre-occupied with too much work
I love my kids and I'm attempting to pursue the kind of work that I would like to do full time.
My kids always came first when they were growing up. I was lucky enough to be able to stay home and raise them. No job I've had outside the home could compare with the love I feel for my kids--and grandkids now.
I love my children more and would always put them first. Hopefully one day I will be able to work from home to enable me to spend more time with my children as they are growing up. Work for me is just a means of paying the bills and putting food on the table. If I could, I would give up work tomorrow.
My kids are my work. One is autistic and schizoeffective. One is bipolar. Two have optic atrophy and are going blind. I gave up on having a "real" job, but I love my work.
I love my kids. I am lucky to be able to be with them and watch them grow. We homeschool them, too, for the time being. That means I spend all my time with them. I crave sometimes more me time but in the end, as they are growing, I am eventually getting it slowly. Would I change it for a nice career? No!
I love my kids more than my work. Sometimes I tell them excuses to their demands. But I feel if there is logic behind our explanations, the kids will gradually understand you. I am a mother who left my job for my children when they were small and started to work again when they were in 3rd and 4th standards. Now my children understand me going for work.

I recently heard a story about a woman who disciplines her kids with a spray bottle. She has a 3 year old son who has a bad temper. When he starts pitching fits, she sprays him with the water bottle to get him to start acting right. She says that it is the only thing that is...

This is a subject that I am curious about; however, I don't have any experiences with which to form an opinion. I don't have kids. Any clues as to why a kid will reject a food on sight/smell? Do you coax them? Do you just make that the only food available until hunger...

According to young turks, a young boy was teased and bullied by a bunch of kids. The child being bullied was autistic, yet the parents of the bullies defended their children's actions saying that the kid deserved it. What are your thoughts on this?By the way, here's a couple of links to...
