How do you handle fast-food mess up orders? Details!
What do you do when you order and pay for certain items only to find they have been altered, or not included at all when served?
Hi Taylor, if you are a picky person like me I always go back show them the recipt and say hey you messed up my order this isn't what I asked for. They should always give you what you ordered and if not you should go back because if they messed up yours that could have changed up everyone elses as well. Good luck girl:)
If it's a small mess up i usually let it slide. If they forget my extra cheeseburger though im goin' caveman on them
I normally go back the next time and talk to the manager, this will help them know there is work to be done on their team and to make it right with you as well.
I just quietly ask that they check the order for me because I believe there is a mistake.
I don't do any shouting. Getting the server upset is not going to do any good., I have seen customers shrieking at waiting staff, all that makes me want to do is step up for the server, and call the customer an idiot. Having a quiet word has given me free items. One place gave me a complete refund and a free meal voucher as well as cinema tickets for my wife and I.
A few times I have noticed waiting staff miss off a drink charge, I always point out ommissions to my favor too. Quite often managers and staff have thanked me and waived the charge anyway. That is nice, but I also feel much better when order disputes are amicable and friendly.
I usually inform the management and see what they come up with to deal with the situation. I don't get aggressive like some people, no need for such sillyness.

Should fast food workers be paid $12 to $15 per hour?Thousands of fast food workers are threatening to stage a "walkout" demanding the be paid a "living wage" of approximately $31,000 annually. Pouring a cup of coffee and putting a food order in a paper bag certainly is low on...

I sold a big item on Amazon at the beginning of last month, but it still hasn't been credited to my account. I know I have to wait for the item to be shipped but it's in stock so I can't think why it wouldn't have been sent out yet. It seems to be taking a very long time. Any ideas why?

It makes no difference which way your political persuasion leans, it only matters if you believe in the constitution and the power distribution of the government. There is a reason Executive Orders have in the past been used very rarely. It is...
