   Lobster - lobster - lobster!....  I'm of Cuban background, so Lobster in Creole sauce is my personal favorite.  I also love Chinese food - Lobster in Szechwan style is another of my personal favorites.  The taste of lobster is the most awesome thing in this planet.  Lobster is the only food that actually increases your appetite/hunger the more you eat it.  Not something you want to eat if you're in a diet.

   I went to a mediterranean restaurant called Merrakesh. I partook of a dish called swarma, a mix of beef and lamb roasted over a vertical spit, with mediterranean spices. It has a unique taste that was different than anything I had ever had before. It is hard to describe the taste, it was very moist, and had a sweet taste with other tastes that just pop at you and lend to an almost alien experience.

   Why did you have to say lobster??  Now, that's all I can think about!  Actually, though I love Indian food, and I'll take Egyptian ful every day of the week, my absolute favorite cuisine is Thai. You can have five different flavors having a party in your mouth, and you can distinguish each one.  And to me, anything with lime and coconut milk is never a bad thing!

   I absolutely love Indian food for its spiciness and delicious blend of flavors and garlic naan is one of my favorite breads. However, I'll never forget the dishes we ate in Paris. Give me duck confit or foie gras anytime, although in moderation.

   gosh...I love all cuisines! Italian, mexican, chinese, thai, indian......I'm a total foodie and enjoy all cuisines as much as I can! The only one I'm not too fond of is greek, but then again, there are certain greek dishes that are yummy

   I lived in Germany, Spain,and turkey.. and i .loved it all.. and each one for a different reason.. I went to Greece and fell in love with the food.. but of all of them I like the Turkish food the best..
