What foods do you best like to grill?

   I like to grill lots of different things , from shrimp to ribey steak, to salmon but my favorite is Ribeye with corn on the cob, coleslaw and baked beans.
   
   What kinds of things do you like to grill and what is your favorite grilled dinner?

      I like fish and chicken on a grill and I enjoy grilling my green,red and yellow peppers with onions and garlic.

      My favorite is grilled pineapple, dusted in a little brown sugar. Mmm! Slap that on a burger with some onion, chipotle mayo, and barbecue sauce, and have a mouth party!

      I like them with a bit of oil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar and little else.

   Yes, Ribeye would top the list. Of course, rib eye tops any list I can think of.
   
   But, we we made a porchetta and smoked it on the grill last weekend. It may top my list of grilling weekends this summer.

   Porchetta sounds nice to have on the grill I have never tried that either. Guess it's time for me to branch out of the Ribeye phase and try other things

   Not to toot my own horn or anything but I grilled some pretty bad-ass chicken breasts for tonight's dinner, if I do say so myself. ☺
