   These will include an unmanned drone for the Texas border and permission for law enforcement outside the border area to deploy to the border temporarily.
   
   President Obama will also be less of a jerk and meet with Governor Jan Brewer later this month.
   
   I guess Senator Kyl's revelation that Barack Obama is using the dangerous border situation as leverage to force Republicans to work with him on "comprehensive immigration reform" aka make new Democrat voters out of illegal aliens has been embarrassing enough to shame the White House into a little decency for a change.

      So he's going to fill his duties, huh?  Of is he just saying to Arizona "Hey, look what I'm doing!  Back off and I'll throw a tidbit your way, too!"
      
      Sure hope Arizona can hold on to their resolve; it really does seem to have galvanized some of the other states and towns as well.

   Department of Homeland Security
   According to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the following are the most common violations of United States immigration laws:
   Filing false statements on applications or petitions.
   Making a false claim that you are a United States citizen.
   Making, altering or using counterfeit immigration documents.
   Making, altering or using counterfeit documents to support immigration applications or petitions.
   Failing to report the arrival of illegal aliens.
   Assisting or encouraging aliens to come to the United States in violation of the law.
   Harboring an illegal alien.
   Knowingly employing aliens who do not have permission to work in the United States.
   Recruiting or referring for a fee aliens who do not have permission to work in the United States.
   Failing to complete and maintain immigration Form I-9 for all new employees, whether citizens or aliens.
   Failing to depart the United States when ordered removed (deported).
   Entering or attempting to enter the United States at a time or place which is not authorized.
   Attempting to enter the United States by misrepresenting (lying about) material facts.
   Entering into a marriage to circumvent the immigration laws.
   Entering or attempting to enter the United States without permission after having been removed (deported).
   Assisting an alien to enter the United States for prostitution or other immoral purposes.
   Federal Bureau of Investigation
   The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) handles suspected criminal activity, especially suspected terrorists, human traffickers, and sexual predators.
   Health and Human Services
   Illegal aliens may be illegally receiving Health and Human Services (HHS) benefits including Medicare, Medicaid, welfare and unemployment insurance, at both national and state levels.
   Internal Revenue Service
   The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) pursues those who willfully and intentionally violate their known legal duty of voluntarily filing income tax returns and/or paying the correct amount of income, employment, or excise taxes.
   Social Security Administration
   The Social Security Administration (SSA) pursues reports of fraud, waste, and abuse within SSA's programs and operations. Of particular concern is fraudulent use of Social Security numbers.
   Selective Service System
   The Selective Service System (SSS) requires male illegal aliens residing in the United States who are 18 through 25 years of age to register. Some states require registration as a condition for state financial aid for school as well as for other benefits.
   
   Summary of Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324
   "Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."
   Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):
   A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:
   assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or
   encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
   knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.
   Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty of a misdemeanor. Aliens and employers violating immigration laws are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property. In addition, individuals or entities who engage in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive relief.
   
   NOTE   IT IS THE PRESIDENT AND THE ATTORNEY GENERALS DUTIES TO ENFORCE THE IMMIGRATION LAWS.
   we the people demand that our elected officials in Washington bring the president and attorney general before congress and question why the laws are not being enforced to the letter of the law by the administration.

      Since when? We break them whenever we feel like it, and support other nations that do as well.
      
      Laws are political to you, just like everything else. There is no principle in your position imo, it's all about "getting'"Obama.
      Or you would be calling for the arrest of Bush, Cheney, Rice, Rumsfelds, etc...and demanding that Israel stop breaking International Law with our tax dollars, and you are not.

      Once again the immigration straw man is being used to strip away our civil liberties and constitutional rights. The United States government and their corporate overseers want to monitor and track every American citizen. To do this they need two things. First, a trackable National ID and second, drones that can track and target those National ID’s.
      
      
      The original National ID scheme failed as states were reluctant to adopt a system that tags and tracks their people. So under the guise of “stopping illegals” the Federal government is rolling out a plan of National ID’s that every American will be required to have to work. If you do not have the ID you will not be allowed to work.
      
      
      The National ID’s carry RFID tags that are trackable by predator drones allowing the government to track, target and kill any American at any time.
      
          The Obama administration announced Wednesday that it will station an aerial drone in Texas as part of its stepped-up surveillance of criminal trafficking along the Mexican border.
      
          Federal authorities also have signed an agreement to allow local police from non-border communities to temporarily “deploy” to the border region to assist with security, said Janet Napolitano, secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
      
          “Our Southwest border states have endured more than their share of challenges,” said Napolitano, a former Arizona governor. “I share the frustration border communities feel.”
      
          In a speech at a Washington think tank, Napolitano laid out the case that the “border is as secure now as it has ever been.”

"Out of sheer necessity, Arizona citizens and lawmakers reacted and put together a sensible, legal enforcement approach. That seems to be unacceptable to this administration because they clearly don't want immigration enforcement performed at any level.  Trying to tie up the bill in the courts is a transparent tactic to discourage other states from replicating the Arizona model."
      
      The public in Arizona and across America have overwhelmingly supported S.B. 1070. Since Gov. Brewer signed the bill in April, as many as a dozen states have indicated that they might consider similar policies to enforce immigration laws in the absence of meaningful federal enforcement.
