I think it depends on what you are writing there are more niche social bookmarking sites getting started all the time.  If you post a link to one of those you could get higher rankings and traffic.  Try a google search for (your topic) + social bookmarking and see if anything comes up.

Otherwise, Digg and Delicious seem to be the main ones.

Go and join SocialAdr. Its too long to explain, lol but read the overview on the site and you'll be amazed.

They require you to sign up for about 18 different social bookmarking sites, but thats the ONLY hard part. Once you do that, you can submit articles to all sites at the same time with the click of a button, as opposed to visiting each site one at a time. Also, other users will share your own bookmarks so you usually end up with a lot of submissions each month. The whole thing is semi-automatic. Check it out.

What really matters is how many followers you have on your social networks. You posting a link to your hubs may get you a few views but if your network of followers are promoting your links then you stand to gain a whole lot more traffic.   Pick a network or two, I prefer Stumbleupon and Reddit, build your relationships, promote the content of your followers and allow them do do the same for you.

Digg can be good for traffic if you have a large number of followers but they are nofollow so I don't really like wasting too much time there.

          Even nofollow links good :
1- Make you look natural ( mix dofollow link with little nofollow )
2-Digg is trust site even nofollow its improve your rank

Call me, "anti-social" (or maybe, instead, "anti-social-bookmarking sites"), but I can't stand any of them.  Whatever traffic I get, I get.  I really think if a Hub has the elements of a successful Hub to it, it will get its own traffic (and leave writers time for writing more stuff, or tweaking the stuff they already have).  Maybe it's just me and my time-limited attitude.   hmm
