   what will happen if same user click on few ads on my hubs? will i be blocked from adsense?

   There's a 60% chance that they'll click on your ads.
   
   And it would depend on how many 'few' is.
   
   If they are clicking as an average surfer there shouldn't be a problem. But if there's a trend to it then Google will pick up on it a lot quicker.

   It is a complicated one.If the clicks are very high,and if they are coming daily then it is sure that ur account may be blocked.

      You can read their policy here, but from what I've read elsewhere it is very difficult to get reinstated.  I'd suggest following all the program policies and staying away from fraudulent activity.

   If the account is blocked, what will happen to all the articles published by the author? Can he reapply a new account and supply ask hubpages to change his old adsense code to a new one?

   As long as you have a valid adsense id associated with your HubPages account we will run advertisements on your Hubs and split the revenue.  If for any reason you don't have a valid AdSense id associated, your Hubs will all remain as they were before -- we just won't run any AdSense ads on your behalf.
   
   My understanding is that if Google bans you from AdSense for violating any of their policies, they are banning you the person, not just that particular account.  Since you have to provide them personally identifying data, such as tax identification number in order to get paid I don't think they are going to make it easy for you to just signup for a new account.
   
   Google isn't out looking for excuses to ban people (remember they make money when you make money).   Just do your best to follow their policies and you shouldn't having anything to worry about.

   I can tell you from experience what can happen when you play by the rules. For information purposes only... This is a difficult situation to be in, but lets say you write an article about "security in schools." Now, lets say that a teacher reads your hub and loves the article. The teacher takes your URL to her classrooms and has her computer class go to your hub and read it.
   
   If you have 30 kids (in this case of 6 classes went to the article) 180 kids. Of course they clicked on the adsense links as well. To the tune of over 300 clicks. Who did they go after? The adsense owner for that page.  They gave my friend the boot. Fair? No. Recourse? No. Give you another chance? No.
   
   Bottom line, when using adsense for public display, you can't control much of what goes on. If you show 200 clicks on average per day, than get a day with 700...google is now montering you. Problem with the above situation...all ISP numbers showed they were coming from same location (school). My friend had over 50 great sites and made a great check each month. Adsense was his thing. He played by the rules and got kicked out anyway. Here one day, gone the next.
   
   I have used it on my personal sites for years. Average income was about $1,000 per month last year. So it can be an awesome avenue for extra money. If you notice something strange going on with your adsense account, SAY SOMETHING. Contact adsense and tell them you are seeing a problem. If you get to the problem first, you have a much better chance of keeping your adsense account. (told to us by adsense 18 months ago).
