Okay, so I just got that message on my adsense account.

It says that ads have been disabled, but that my account is active.

I'm still seeing adsense on all my hubs; so does that mean that Hubpages is getting  all of the income on my clicks?  Or does it mean that ads were disabled on one of my hubs?

At the bottom, the message says my adsense account is still active, so I don't know what the deal is.

In addition to photos and videos which contain nudity or sexual activities, below are some other examples of unacceptable content:      * Lewd or provocative images     * Crude or indecent language, including adult stories     * Sexual tips or advice     * Sexual fetish sites (e.g. foot fetish content)     * Adult toys or products     * Ads or links to external sites containing adult content     * Adult links and/or adult keywords within the meta data in the source code of your site  ADULT/EXPLICIT TEXT: As stated in our program policies, AdSense publishers are not permitted to place Google ads on pages with adult or mature content, including sexually explicit text. More information about this policy can be found in our help center (https://www.google.com/adsense/support/ … wer=105957).  It is important for a site displaying AdSense to offer significant value to the user by providing unique and relevant content, and not to place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content.  Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they are seeking.  Please review Google's Webmaster Quality Guidelines ( http://www.google.com/support/webmaster … 69#quality ) for more information.  ACTION TAKEN: We have disabled ad serving to your site.  ACCOUNT STATUS: ACTIVE Your AdSense account remains active. 1) For the AdSense relating to all your Hubs, yes, it's going to HubPages.  But it also means any and all other AdSense you were earning on any web sites has been cut off for now too.

      2) No, this has nothing to do with your Hubs.

The deal you are sadly unaware of seems to be not reading and comprehending the AdSense Terms of Use. You either fix the violation very, very soon (and I heartily suggest you read that email from Google as they are telling you what is wrong) or you don't which will result in your account being banned/canceled permanently.

Maybe I was spoiled by Hubpages, they always let you know what you can and can't do here.

Surprisingly, I noticed that I had the song title, "Kinky Sex Makes The World Go Round," and the lyrics (which have absolutely nothing to do with sex of any kind) on a hub, and ads hadn't been disabled on that one.  I did delete the song title from the thing though, just because.

The summary of what they are saying is you can't put an adsense add on a site with the words 'kinky' and 'sex' in the title.

      So take it off.

It is not about hubpages, it is about ht tp://kinkysexcorporations.blogspot.com/

Fix it, or remove adsense from it.

Okay, what that is is a friend's site about the for profit prison industry.  I put a link to there in one of my hubs that it fit into.  Now I've got to figure out which hub it's in.

Oh, I see; that is the title of one of mine on blogger; I deleted them; now as soon as I have some coffee I'll see if I can figure out how to contact Google about the thing.

Cool.  I guess I should go over everything today, and not bother publishing anything just yet.

If you don't know (no reason you should, but you might know about it) I was referring to the song by the Dead Kennedy's called "Kinky Sex Makes The World Go Round," the song has nothing to do with sex of any kind, but is about corporations starting wars for profit.

I did notice that my income went from $4.00 the day before yesterday, down to .1 cent yesterday!  I'm happy for HP to pocket whatever I would have made yesterday, they deserve it. :-D

although it looks like your site doesnt have any kinky sex (darn) that phrase probably doesnt pass most peoples "family friendly" filter.

Yeah, I hate to disappoint you!  Hopefully I'll be able hunt down and find anything the least bit "iffy" today.

I did delete the blogspot things; I think that stuff was created when I was clearing out my myspace blogs.

Heres your cause for the message- "AdSense publishers are not permitted to place Google ads on pages with adult or mature content, including sexually explicit text"
