   "SCHIEFFER: I want to ask you about something else. A lot of your critics say you have been very fast and loose with the truth.
   
   You know, the PolitiFact, which is a website that won a Pulitzer, did an analysis of 23 statements that you made recently. Of these 23, only one they said was completely true. Seven they call "pants on fire" kind of falsehoods. Four were "barely true" and two were "half- true."
   
   How do you answer that criticism?"
   
   How did Bachmann, the woman who hypocritically champions the "Christian cause", own up to her lies? She did exactly what most conservatives do...avoid the question.

      Well, Bachmann is just above Palin in my book.
      
      Which is still very very very low.
      
      She's not going to get very far - watching her speak is like watching a carnival.

   This woman scares me. When I first saw her on TV, I thought she wasn't too bright. After learning more about her, I discovered that she's very well educated. I think that makes her even scarier. I want the GOP to run a moderate, but it seems like the party is pushing out the moderates. Some of my Dem pals say the same thing about that party.
   
   It seems to me that there should be a majority of moderates in the US, whether they be D or R - not too far to the left OR the right. I think the extremists on both ends of the spectrum are the loudest, though, and probably the most aggressive. Am I wrong??
   
   And BTW, her gaffes don't bother me - Obama and Biden have certainly made their share. It's her "serious" ideas that I'm concerned about.

   Seems the educated think they are educated.
   They already know it all so all stops there. They can learn nothing new. I prefer people who know they don't know it all. They can accept new ideas.
