   It's Cobain, with a "C", and I prefer him to Axl Rose. Rose's voice was better, but I prefer Cobain's guitar playing over Rose's piano. Nirvana didn't just top Guns N' Roses on the music charts, they wiped out their entire 80's heavy metal genre.

   Have to go with Cobain.  I would have much rather had Rose put the gun in his mouth.  GNR was great, but only for a bit.  Cobain would have probably done more had he lived longer.

   Easily Kurt Cobain. Axl Rose was lame, though Slash was pretty good.
