Hi
I know how you felt..don't give up too early, it will come. I read your hubs and I though it will be better if it is slightly longer. In fact when I first started 3weeks ago, I read as much as i can, articles in the Learning Centre and the Forums. One of the thing that I picked up is having our articles at least 1500words long as it will be good for Googgle/SEO. You might want to try this for your next hub.
Thank you my sweetie, I have just posted the story of a women who needs our votes to get someone to take action and help them! We hear these stories all the time.
Read that new posting..maybe you should not use BOLD letters throughout your article as it is similar to shouting to your readers

I had a sudden jump in views to one of my California Gold Rush articles. After some investigation I found that a bunch of them were coming from FRANCE. Not complaining, but I think that is strange.

It can be anywhere in this world. I think anywhere warm would be my favorite spot to vacation in. I would love to travel.
