I received this as a piece of fan mail. Didn't see anyone else reporting this issue, so thought I'd pop a thread up about it. The user had already been banned when I read it.

    Few problems with the info:

    1. Sock puppets are generally used on the forums to create more argument, not to click adverts.
    2. You can only have one Adsense account per household.
    3. Ad clicks are tracked by your IP address and computer, not by your account. So anyone who did what's mentioned in the email would simply lose their Adsense account for click fraud.
    4. The hub hopper does not display adverts.

Didn't get it, but thanks. I live in Canada, so the reference to USA would raise alarm bells for me.

The bottom of the piccie cut off what it said about PrettyDark Horse and others. Is there any chance you could tell us what it says?

Remember there was a banned hubber here not so long ago and he kept making references to Maita?

I wonder if he has written this email? He seemed a right spiteful little runt, and kept attacking hubbers.

Sorry Izzy, at the end it just says "all of whom use multiple accounts."

This appeared on a Blog- site today in Ireland. The site belongs to a hubber who was banned a few days ago following the publication of a hub by a hubber by the name of Jack White(which has since been removed).I see he makes reference to me ,for some bizarre reason.I can only assume it's because Mr White chose to follow me! I will state here I have only one account with hubpages - I am sure this can be verified.I have had a problem for the past two days with excessive clicks on my hubs - one hub with 68 views has had 44 clicks!
I had very little contact with this ex hubber other than maybe 3 comments over 2 years -  I don't know him or want to know him ,other than what I have read by Mr White.

        Oh Jeez!

How bad is that? Just because you chose to follow someone you have been targeted - not only named in that vile piece of nonsense, but he has gone after your Adsense account too.

I hope you reported the clicks to Google as invalid to protect your account.

    Ooops! hxxp://thenationalunionofbloggers.blogspot.com.es/2012/03/hubpagescom-advertising-scam.html

What's he pissed off about? I would never have thought he'd do this to this site?

Figured it'd show up eventually... I didn't want to put the text as I don't want Google in any way thinking I'm associated with it.

What's it mean available on 200 other sites? Sounds like they don't know about duplicate content!

        I read this thread too - http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/95112
I don't know if someone has hacked into his account (the IP he named) and did this to him, or what has happened here exactly.
Course I don't even know if he made that blog post, or if someone else did in his name, but I see he has been banned by HP.

Off to make his link non-live.
