Please bring back the Sandbox

    That was a really useful forum, and it made so many other areas really productive.  Please consider bringing it back.

          Oh. I never saw it. She just mentioned the word "forum" and that is why I said that. It was probably before I joined.

      The Sandpit is still available, it just had a name change to Freeform Discussion.

        Freeform Discussion needs to be filterable so that it can be hidden along with other general topics.  That's what made the Sandpit so effective.

      What was the sandbox? I have been here 3 yrs. and don't remember it, so I guess it was before my time?

    I also miss the Sandbox!  It was a fun forum ... now the "vacuous fun" is mixed up with other types of discussions, and harder to find amidst the inevitable political and religious threads or pet peeves threads.
