In your opinion / knowledge, what are the reasons ?
Wikipedia: " Islam is found to be the fastest growing religion in the world according to world population research and by World Christian Database as of 2007 with a Guinness World Records (2003) of being the fastest growing religion in terms of conversions."

Interesting that you cherry pick that one piece. In the same article:

"What little information is available suggests that there is no substantial net gain or loss in the number of Muslims through conversion globally; the number of people who become Muslims through conversion seems roughly equal to the number of Muslims who leave the faith."

Fact is - most Muslims overbreed and indoctrinate their children. This is the reason.

      Same article:

"Several sources believe that this increase is due primarily to high birth rates."

"most Muslims overbreed and indoctrinate their children. This is the reason" Also sounds like Christianity.

      From the link:

"Islam began in Arabia and from 633AD until the late 10th century it was spread after Arab armies began overtaking Christian lands from Syria to North Africa and Spain, as well as Buddhist/Hindu lands in Central Asia, parts of South Asia and Southeast Asia via military invasions, and conquering wars."

Thanks for sharing that important information about Islam. smile

"According to some scholars, the Jizya (poll tax) was the most important factor in the mass conversion to Islam, the tax paid by all non-Muslims (Dhimmis) in Islamic empires." That'll do it.

And what again was the punishment for leaving islam in an Islamic ruled country.

Ahhhhh. Death. No need for further discussion.

As a woman, your claim is a little scary. However, I checked and the claim is completely unsubstantiated. According to recent research Islam is ninth on the list of successful religions actively converting here in the US and most converts desert the religion within two years. Worldwide, the facts are not in your favor either.

Islam is not a religion which could expect to hold people within its ranks of their own free will.

I paused when I saw this also, as it didn't seem to "ring true."
