Is there an optimal hub length? I'm trying to get a feel for how much content works best in this format.

    Thanks!
    Sophia

You can go as long as you want. But don't make it any shorter than at least 500 word count. That is what others have told me big_smile have fun!

Mine are 750-1000 words at least, but never below 500. Some of my longest are 1500-2000. Plus pictures and videos help.

1000 to 1500 words seems to be best, though you can go as low as 700 words and more ... if you must

Is that per text capsule or per entire hub?

    Thanks

that would be for a entire hube.. it helps to break up your wording on hubs into smaller caps

Some of mine are short, some are long. It depends on how much I ramble on. And let me tell you, I'm the queen of babbling.

Rambling on isn't a good idea.  Readers will lose interest if you don't keep things clear and concise.

My highest rated hub has 650 words. Some of mine have under 300, some have over 1,000.
