Bill of Rights vs Human Rights

   The American Bill of Rights is a restriction of government to interfer with the inherent rights of Man. The Bill of Rights is essentially the Freedom to Achieve. Human Rights are those rights granted by the United Nations in the Declaration on Human Rights. Article #30 of that Declaration states that you, nor any State possess the right to disagree with or in any way impede the objectives and philosophy of the United Nations, a New World Order. Which would you prefer to live under?

      And who gives the UN the authority to grant rights?
      
      They have no power unless people chose to submit themselves to such an authority.
      
      It's the Bill of Rights for me, which doesn't grant anything but only recognizes the rights inherent by existence in all human beings.

               Thats why it is called totalitarianism, social democracy or Marxism. It is all contained in the UN Charter and Declaration on Human Rights, an international treaty, enforced by international law, which supercedes the Constitution, sorry to say. Treason by treaty.

      The rights in our consititution are those delivered by God. Now there are a list of human rights, to a job, a home, medical care, care for the elderly, and care for the children, to list a view. Oh and by the way those rights are also listed in the USSR constitution dated 1977.

   I'll take the only two rights I require.
   
   (a) Right To Life,
   (b) Right To Choose(or of Choice).
   
   Every other right thought of is covered by those two.
   
   Just my thoughts.

   Yep - wingnuts are going to a have a fit over a documant which prohibits slavery, forbids unlawful dentention, prohibits torture and generally affirms the rights of man - not just Americans.  Article 30 doesn't remotely say what the autor of this post suggests it does.
   
   But go ahead with your irrational feeding frenzy without any logic or truth. wingnuts....
