I have never gotten a higher score (hubauthor) than 95, today something made it 96, does this count as a mile stone I mean it took a mile of writing to reach this threshhold smile  How the heck do you get your hubauthor score to reach 100 or even 99??? I have studied all the pages that have authors of 99 and 100 and I'm not doing anything they arent... maybe its the promotional stuff huh? Once I hit the SEO and flood the traffic to my hubs that will give me the 4 needed points?

    any thoughts guys?

I have made 100 a few times....I don't know how, but it fluctuates so it's usually gone by the time I return to see it again.

I've looked at Patty Inglish's hubs.  She's at 100 pretty much all the time.  I'm not sure if it's because she has hundreds of hubs, or the way that she writers them or the topics.

I'm almost completely sure it has everything to do with traffic... my hubs don't get traffic really outside of hubpages, some do but most don't, so the real test will be when I unleash my secret traffic tools on hubpages and power drive thousands of hits to all my hubs a day... should see my score hit 100 then.. they measure traffic by offhubpages (links in) traffic not traffic within the site.. also by comments, by forum posts, (hubscore) and so on. The only link I'm missing is seo.. so we shall see. My samurwriter hub has ONLY hubpages traffic so I'm about to unleash the beast over there using my SA tools so let's see what happens...

p.s. I got 50 new fans in 3 days just by joining 100 fan clube smile granted they were mostly fans from this account but still... I am going to have to spend a week just adding myself to all of my fans from here (I love all my fans hubs!) but hopefully that translates over there.. that account will be getting the really interresting hubs soon enough..

I am usually in the 96-98 range and have been 99 but seldom stay there long! I can only say that I have put a lot of articles up, replied to most comments, join a lot of fan clubs, post commenst at other hubbers's sites, posted in these forums and also advertised my hubs at other websites and forums. I have also tried tips like doing ezine articles although this has brought no discernable results.
I think number of hubs, quality and amount of interaction here are the main ways to increase the score.
