Money is a very huge part of our society. I mean we need it to get anything including food and water to survive. We have to work to get this money because it doesn't come free, meaning we need to take time out of our lives to focus on profit. That makes our lives less fun or less time with our families. I could go on and on.

Is there anything about money that you know that you would like to share? It could be anything from the origin to the way it affects society today. It could also be about who owns money. I already know but if you don't then I advise you to do your research. Think about banks, because they hold all the money and then go from there. It is very important as humans that we know what is wasting our life and who is behind it.

So what do you know about Currency or Money?

I know that I don't have much. I'd like to share that smile

And as for what you're talking of, my son loves nothing better than informing me (often) about money, who has it, why they have it, what's going to happen with it, when, how and why. And etc.

He's a very informative son smile

I agree with prettydarkhorse-and may I say that you are pretty indeed--that money "...is not everything...but mone cant [sic]buy the joy you feel when you play the guitar!" Nor can it--may I add--buy love. It's simply a means too an end, not an end in itself!

Likewise, I do not get all worked up on money and material things, for I am focused on spiritual growth (love, inner peace, trust, honesty, intuition, feelings, logic, and positive thinking). So money has almost no importance in my life except that it is how I eat and drink.

That's good that your son informs you about all of that stuff. Do you take the time to listen to him, and take into consideration some of the information? If so, what are some of the things he has told you about it?

I use to be all about money and material things i.e. cars, clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc., but I didn't know exactly why. It was like a lust for me that I couldn't resist. But now that I have been finding out all of the truths about money including the origin, creators, and etc., my goal is to transform my life somehow to where I don't need to worry about having very much money to survive. So every idea that shows up in my mind, I take into consideration and try to put them ideas to creativity.

Love is the only thing worth more and more powerful than the lust for money. If everybody in the world was loved and knew they were, then they would love everybody they know, and it would be a neverending love cycle. But the problem is that there is too much lust in the world, so when somebody lusts, it is like spreading a disease, because people copy off of their idols and such. If people would quit all the lust for materials and start loving, then the world would be a better place.

What problems are you having with your bank?

nice thread, it's certainly nice to have enough, but I think the younger you learn that money does not buy happiness or love, the more money you can save, invest. one never knows what may happen in their life, and it's nice to have money in a fluid account when you need it.

Money is a representation of who we are.  With money we surround ourselves with material goods that create our identity.  It determines the type of house we live in, the type of clothes we wear, food we eat, where we travel.  All things that send a message to others about us.  The more we have, the more we spend as a rule.  The more we surround ourselves with.   It allows us to dress the way we want, to create an image others see.  For many it is the driving force of their lives.  It helps us know how successful we are or unsuccessful as others see us.  It changes personality when it becomes the focus of a life.  When kept in perspective, money is nothing more than a tool.  Then we become real with more purpose to what we do and are.  It is a choice we sometimes forget we have.
