How to get a person to sign up under your account?

   How is this done?  I notice so many people in their profiles inviting people to start writing hubpages and inviting them to click on their link to "start writing here."  Please advise and thanks!

         OK i think I found the key( that I saved from somewhere):
         
         http:// hubpages.com/_xyz/user/new
         
         Simply replace "xyz" with your own referral tracker. (And leave out the extra space after //) Found under "my profile," "URL trackers."
         
         To generate the link, type the text like you want it to appear e.g. "Sign up here", then highlight it while in edit profile mode. Click on the linking icon, insert the URL as shown above, click save.

   OK...mission accomplished thanks to you two offering advice.
   
   Next question...  Instead of having the entire tracking code showing how do you get that taking the place of one word like HERE...as in "Join Hubpages here."  I really appreciate the advice.

      When editing a profile or hub, type the words you want ("join HubPages here") and then highlight them as you were going to copy them.  A pop up window will appear, wanting to know what you will do with the highlited area.  Click the icon that looks like a single chain link and fill in the blanks.  In this case, insert the URL you want (http:// hubpages.com/_xyz/user/new" in the top box, then make the other choices available about what you want the link to say when the mouse passes over it and how it is to open (new window or old)
